Legend:

Server code: Our internal friendly code-name to identify a server. Visit the link for more info. The naming convention is to start with a code that somehow reflects the service provider, then the server name itself.
Region: Geographical region where our data are stored and mainly processed.
Maintenance HW/NET: If Wikimedia CH has a contract for basic support about hardware and networking issues and similar datacenter-related problems on that server. So you know who should be contacted in case of networking issues.
Maintenance OS: If Wikimedia CH has a contract for basic Operating System topics (operating system security updates, etc.). So you know what services might require formal support. At the moment, where the answer is "none", Ilario Valdelli helps, of he commission other external professionals like Valerio Bozzolan. But, if it's written "none" or "community", there is not a continuous maintenance.
WAN IP: Public IP on the worldwide area network. Note that each public IP is a limited resource that may have an additional cost.
LAN IP: IP in the local area network of the service provider.
WMCH ZABBIX: Whenever the host is already monitored by the Zabbix platform of Wikimedia CH.
