Suggestion for a locality

  • la Brasserie (Open Air Restaurant am HB mit einem Salat für 9.80 Fr. inkl. feinem Toast - oder: Brezel & Bratwurst mit Bier)
  • Port(u*o)s First edit, first suggestion: How about Oberer Letten Biergarten? Open air, not to noisy, I hope, and within reach of Zurich main station.
  • There is a nice biergarten, not more than 100m far from the Treffpunkt. Kelson 14:30, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
Kelson: To you know the name?
I'd like to fix the location and write it on this site, so that the people can join as later, for example when they missed the train or simply can't come early enough.
Alternative we can also hang a sign like #Friday 11 april 2008, but I prefer to write here on this page some days before the meeting it self is.

This page is set to organize the Züri Treffe. The Züri Treffe wants to run periodically in Zürich and provide a way for Wikimedians to get to know each other better. Everybody interested in the Wikimedia projects and wanting a good time is warmly invited!

In January 2008

I plan to invite some french speaking wikipedians living in Switzerland for one week-end in january. It might be good to organize then a Züri Treffe at the same time, in order to meet them one evening. Guérin Nicolas 15:30, 15 November 2007 (CET)

Finally, a group of french speaking people will come on saturday 19 January 2008 to visit the city of Zürich. The Saturday 12 January 2008 was just after Christmas hollydays and it was too short to prepare the meeting. I have to apologize for this, i was still on vacations during the first of January, and i was busy like hell during the second week... So i would like to know if you can still do a Zürich Träffe next week-end during evening with the french speaking team? Can you confirm, the meeting should be at 6pm on saturday 19th January. Can you confirm what you wrote below? Is it possible to motivate more people? Thanks. Guérin Nicolas 12:08, 16 January 2008 (CET)
