The Wikimedia CH needs a postal adress which has to be available latest when the foundation has taken place. Before that time we'd like to set up the Domains and websites we need to run Wikimedia CH. For the necessary legal actions we need also the postal adress, so it would be sensible to get this done now.
The preliminary board evaluated that there is a offer from Swiss Post named Feste Vereinsadresse. This includes a redirection of the mail from an official and static adress to the actual receiver of the mail.
Advantage:
- The adress never changes, it doesn't matter who of the members should receive the mail.
- We can choose any swiss city as postal adress, so we can choose one "which looks good".
Disadvantage:
- It costs money (20 CHF / year).
- We have to choose a city (direct receiving of the mail by the president of Wikimedia CH would have saved us this decision as his / her adress is already defined).
I'm implying now that all of us agree to go with the fixed mailbox, so we should decide now which city to take:

- Bern: Manuel Schneider, Flyout
- Luzern: Ilario
- Zurich: Mbimmler, Muvon53, Flyout, Pakeha, Napa, Ilario, Thierry Pool
- No preference (but agree on the principle): Schutz, Soloturn
