explanation of fields

• project lead: defined by the project, could be a person, a steering committe or whoever is finally responsible for the projects success. important: income might change by participating in this project.
• coordinator wm-ch: defined by wm-ch, could be a person, a committe, responsible for using the money according to the "contract". if the project has a steering committe, the coordinator should be in it. important: income does not change by participating in the project.

the reason for the role names is that we do not necessarily know or impose a certain project structure, but at the same time this also means i would not really care if we take other names. we just need to make sure its a "us" and "they" and no conflicts of interest between monitor (us), and execute (they) occur. this might let us loose our tax exempted status or lead to problems with our members, or the bylaws in general.

Wm Ch Sponsor

• Propose a project
• Evaluate budget
• Identify benefits to evaluate project
• Identify risks
• Assist the project in critical phases
• Monitor the steps of the project
• Support the Project Manager in the resolution of conflicts
• Evaluate the success of the project

Steering Committee

It's formed by the Wm Ch Sponsor and some other persons involved in the monitoring of the project, at least two board members of Wm Ch

• Evaluate modifications for timeframe and objectives of the project
• Approve other changes (functionalities or objectives)
• Approve the project plan
• Report to the Wm Ch board
• resolve conflicts

Project Manager

• Collaborate with Sponsor
• Coordinate resources
• Develop project plan
• Manage the budget
• Take actions if some modifications of project plan and objectives will change
