Foundation 14. May 2006/Board Candidatures

Here candidatures for Wikimedia CH board can be made. Interested people may list themselves or they may list other people. In the latter case, the listed person would first need to acccept the nomination. Comments on candidates can be made at the bottom of the page. Please remark, that this is NOT a vote, but rather a survey, so you may express support or objections concerning listed people, however a vote will only happen if there are more candidates than seats in the board (pursuant to bylaws a president and 4-6 members). The legally binding election will happen during the founding assembly, here people can be nominated. To avoid long discussions during foundation, I (Michael) recommend, that only people can be elected at the assembly who have been listed here, who have accepted the nomination and who are not refused by a big number of people.

I (Jürg W.) would like to remind here, that we even need some Auditors. Potential Auditors should have further knowledge in bookkeeping beyond of simple "milk-book-calculation". Balance sheet analysis is minimum. Therefore the audience of potential auditors is not that big...

It depends on my job situation, at moment there is not problem (but it could happen a job's relocation (anywhere in Swiss) with consequent chaotic status)
Robin Schwab	non-self	Pakeha		I did appreciate this nomination too but I'm definitely not able to take over a job that needs this presence. On the other hand I see that a presidency of Ilario would work. Therefore I support his candidature together with a powerful secretary/vice president like Michael.
