Data protection and security empowerment
The project will increase the security and the data protection in order to be complaint with the Swiss law.
In the same time it will be set a system of backup and disaster recovery "documented and implemented" in order to save the association from any loss of data.
The cost will cover the hardware (external hard disk for quick backup, remote backup for disaster recovery, dedicated laptop) and the software (change and migration of accounting software) to implement the project. In addition they will be the costs for the external audit in order to check that the new setup is complaint with the Swiss law and with the security issues.
